Diana Wallis MEP hosts TALES FROM A GLOBALIZING WORLD exhibition in the European Parliament

Diana Wallis MEP is hosting the TALES FROM A GLOBALIZING WORLD exhibition in the European Parliament until 10th February.
The TALES FROM A GLOBALIZING WORLD project is an initiative launched in 2002 by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is a collective project that combines various aspects of globalisation into a set of photographic images giving shape to the world we live in.
In opening the exhibition on Wednesday evening, Diana Wallis MEP, who is President of the Parliament's delegation to Switzerland, said:
"It is entirely appropriate that an exhibition like this should come to the European Parliament many of the issues raised by the photographs are the very issues which often form the subject matter of our debates in this House as we too grapple with the challenges presented by globalisation."
