Leeds Lib Dem Euro MP at celebration event for refugees and asylum seekers

The Lib Dem Euro MP for Leeds, Diana Wallis, was at a celebration event for refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds on Friday 10th February.
The event, at the Swarthmore Education Centre, Woodhouse Square, was organised by 'Volunteering in Action', which is a project involving refugees and asylum seekers with and without learning difficulties and disabilities to be trained in skills to work in the social care sector. Accredited training has been provided to nearly 40 beneficiaries and Diana Wallis MEP awarded certificates to a number of individuals.
