Conservative Free Zone in Knaresborough

MEP, MP and local councillors outside Knaresborough HouseFriday evening saw a special event in Knaresborough as local MP, Phil Willis, and the region's Liberal Democrat MEP, Diana Wallis, met the Knaresborough Councillors for a special photograph to celebrate the election of 15 Liberal Democrat Knaresborough Town Councillors on 3rd May. This means that Knaresborough is an entirely Conservative Free Zone with a Liberal Democrat MEP and MP, 15 Liberal Democrat Town Councillors, 2 Liberal Democrat County Councillors and 6 Liberal Democrat Borough Councillors.
