Polar bearsToday Diana co-hosts a cross-party lunchtime roundtable 'How much can the EU's Northern Dimension Partnership contribute to the future of the EU's Arctic Policy' from 12.30-15.00 in the European Parliament.

Since the publication of the Commission's Communication on the Arctic in Autumn 2008 the EU has taken a greater interest in that region. The roundtable aims to answer the question: is the Northern Dimension Partnership the best vehicle to develop the EU's Arctic strategy?

The roundtable meeting is jointly hosted by the ALDE, S&D and Greens/EFA political groups.
