Local Euro MP Diana Wallis joined Tim Iredale and the BBC Politics Show team as they broadcast live on Sunday from a street party in Hessle. The party, in the town's Winthorpe Road, was held to mark a year since the devastating floods hit parts of Hull and the East Riding. Most residents are now back in their houses but some properties are still being renovated twelve months on.
